Your mission
As a Business Development Intern (m/f/d) at Firm Learning, you will support us in our mission to build successful teams and careers in consulting, finance & management. You will work closely with our founders & CEOs Heinrich and Johannes, our coaching team, and our clients to support the daily operations and strategic growth of Firm Learning.
You will be involved in a variety of projects across Sales, Coaching, Content Creation, and Business Operations, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of professional training and mentoring. This is a unique opportunity to get an inside look at the industries of consulting, finance, and management—and to work alongside and get mentored by ex-professionals from firms like McKinsey, BCG and Bain.
We are looking for interns with flexible intakes as of now for 3 months in Munich, Germany. Remote is also possible but office presence is preferred.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in sales & outreach activities, including conducting discovery calls with potential clients, following up on leads, and conducting active outreach.
- Support the mentoring and training team with preparation of workshops, training sessions and coaching calls and support in administrational tasks.
- Support of content creation, including conducting research, conceptualization, and preparation of material for our training platform and Social Media Channels.
- Take on administrative tasks such as uploading content, managing invoices, organizing events and handling customer support inquiries.
- Be a general support in all areas where hands, brains, and heart are needed.
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Management, or a related discipline and are looking for a hands-on internship to accelerate your personal and professional development.
- You have already completed 1–2 internships in areas such as consulting, finance, business development, or startups and bring a strong understanding of how professional environments work.
- You have a genuine interest in consulting, finance, and management, and are excited to gain deeper insights into these industries through real-world projects, client exposure, and structured learning.
- You are confident working with PowerPoint and Excel, and able to create clear, compelling presentations and perform structured data analysis to support business decisions and client-facing work.
- You are highly motivated to learn and grow, bring a strong work ethic, and are always ready to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality results and make a meaningful impact.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus but not required.
